Mango – has a tropical taste that tends to overpower other ingredients in smoothies and that’s exactly what it does in this one but I don’t mind it cause it is delicious! It’s also a good source of fiber and vitamin C so you’ll be doing your digestive system and skin a lot of good with this fruit.

Almond Milk – is one of my favorite plant-based milk because it comes with a delicious nutty flavor and elevates smoothies. It’s also packed with vitamin E which does wonders for skin, hair, and the immune system.

Ingredients for 1 serving | Total Time: 5 minutes

  • 1 cup of watermelon (diced)
  • 1 cup of ripe mango ( frozen )
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup (optional)

How To Make Watermelon Mango Smoothie

Throw all of the ingredients above into a high-speed blender and blend until extra smooth. Make sure not to leave in any chunks cause this smoothie is best enjoyed extra creamy! Chill for an hour in the fridge and enjoy with a straw.

I kept this smoothie overnight in the fridge and it was as good as new the next morning! However, it is always recommended to drink your smoothies while they are still fresh.

You can also turn this smoothie into a popsicle so go ahead and experiment!

Variations

Note: If you don’t have frozen mangos, add 1/4 cup of ice into the smoothie while blending or you could let it cool in the fridge for an hour before drinking.

You could also give this smoothie a tropical twist by using coconut milk instead of almond. As always, protein powder is always welcome in most smoothie recipes to increase your protein intake so if that’s your thang, do it!
