Hi, I’m Malak, and I’m thrilled that you’ve found my little corner on the internet. I’d love to introduce you to the wonderful world of smoothies, where you can discover fast and easy smoothie recipes that not only taste amazing but are also made with natural ingredients and are extremely healthy.

A Little Bit About Me

I am 19 years old and currently in my second year of college studying graphic design as my major. However, I am planning on changing my major to nutrition because I felt more connected after taking an elective course.

I’ll update you all on how it goes, I might complete graphic design because I only have one more year to go, and then move on to nutrition. Sorry, I got carried away, now here’s why I love smoothies and why you should too.

Why smoothies?

It all started a few years ago when I was having bouts of acne all over my face and back, I’m sure hormones were to blame. Anyway, my mom took me to a dermatologist who prescribed countless lotions, facewash, creams, and antibiotic pills.

I took them and did everything he asked and still, no change. Then I went on to Pinterest and started searching for hormone-balancing smoothies or smoothies to reduce acne and I was amazed by how many results popped up.

Long story short, smoothies became my world. I drank smoothies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! I tried every smoothie on the planet because I was determined to get rid of my acne.

And guess what? They really helped, of course, I had to stop eating fries, take-outs, and fried chicken along with my beloved potato chips but it was worth it!

So apart from helping me get rid of acne, smoothies actually help increase my energy and vitamin levels. Now, there is not a day that goes by that I don’t drink smoothies and you should too.

A close friend of mine actually uses smoothies for muscle building and weight loss. I’m not big on muscle building or trying to lose weight so I wouldn’t know much about that but if that’s your thing, I intend on making a ton of high-protein smoothies and shakes as well.
