Strawberries – are also great for stabilizing blood sugar plus it’s packed with powerful antioxidants along with a good amount of vitamin C. Adding strawberries to your smoothies will also provide you with some vitamin B9 and potassium.
Bananas – provides your body with magnesium, potassium and carbs. Potassium is great for muscle health and recovery, carbs will increase your energy levels, while magnesium will reduce stress levels, keep you happy and relaxed.

- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt (non-fat)
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional)
How To Make Apple Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Start by pouring the almond milk into the blender and add the apples, strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt and honey. Blend on high-speed, puling a few times for 2-3 minutes or until extra smooth and creamy. Enjoy.

You can also store all of the ingredients in a freezer-safe zip-lock bag and freeze it overnight if you plan to make it in the morning before heading out. That’ll save you a few minutes.
