This is my go-to smoothie recipe for when I’m in a hurry or just don’t have enough smoothie ingredients.
Note: you can freeze yogurt cubes to use in your smoothie, they will make your smoothie-making soo much easier.

3-Ingredient Kiwi Banana Smoothie
Note: you can use fresh kiwi and bananas in this smoothie during the colder months of the year. I used frozen fruits for this recipe because I usually make it in late spring and summer.
also, I used low-fat Greek yogurt for this recipe but that is optional, you can go for full fat or 2%.
Ingredients for 1 serving | Total time: 5 minutes
- 1 cup kiwi (frozen)
- 1 medium banana (frozen)
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- sweetener (optional)
How To Make This Kiwi Banana Smoothie
Simply add the yogurt, kiwi, and banana into a high-speed blender, close the lid, and blend in 20-second increments until smooth.
Pour into a glass, garnish with banana and kiwi slices, and serve with a straw.

To store your kiwi banana smoothie, transfer it into a freezer-safe air-tight container and freeze it for up to 3 months.
You can also make popsicles with this smoothie recipe. Once frozen, transfer your popsicles into freezer bags until you’re ready to serve.
I recommend drinking your smoothie right away after blending to get all of its amazing nutrients.
