You could also make popsicles and store them in freezer bags with this recipe during the summer. If you’re short on time, it’s okay to make this overnight.

Variations

Go for almond, soy, or oat milk if you don’t have coconut milk. You can also use flax or hemp seeds instead of chia seeds.

If you don’t have spinach, use either kale or Swiss chard, both will provide you with a similar nutrition profile. Note, they taste slightly more bitter than baby spinach.
